Global Demo Environment Portal (GDE Portal) ›

The GDE Portal provides Infor Partners quick access to many topics including learning what Demo Environments are available and how to obtain them, accessing product-specific demo documentation, as well as requesting demo environment support from the GDE Team using the RequestX ticketing system.

Please use your Sales Portal login credentials to access the GDE Portal (and RequestX). If you do not recall your Sales Portal login password, please do one of the following:

1. If your company actively uses the Infor Partner Management Portal (, please ask your account Admin to reset your password. Instructions on how to do this can be found within IPMx under Help >> About >> User Guide.
2. Submit an “IPN Request” type Incident at the Infor Support Portal at and request that your Sales Portal password be reset.
